1. Customized Items (party favours)
All items that are customized to your specifications (e.g., personalized with name, age, designs, sizes or colours) are final sale.
2. Non-Customized Items (jewelry)
For non-customized items, you may return them within 3 business days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
